Penny is the heart behind The Big Sipp and brings a lifetime of experience, warmth, and hospitality to every event. A proud mother of three, stepmother to two, and beloved “Mimi” to eleven grandchildren, family is at the center of everything she does. After a distinguished career as a Professor of Kinesiology at Mississippi College, Penny retired and embraced a new adventure- helping create memorable experiences through The Big Sipp. Her passion for connecting with people, attention to detail, and genuine love for celebrations make her an invaluable part of our team.
When she’s not serving up smiles and unforgettable events, you’ll likely find her spending time with her grandchildren, relaxing at the beach, or embarking on new adventures with her husband, Mike.

Ashley is the creative spark behind The Big Sipp and loves turning ordinary gatherings into unforgettable celebrations. As a mom of two and stepmom to one, she knows a thing or two about keeping up with busy schedules, making memories, and finding reasons to celebrate along the way.
Most days, you'll find her at a soccer field, coffee in hand, cheering from the sidelines and running from one activity to the next. If she's not at a game, she's probably dreaming up new ideas for The Big Sipp or planning the next family adventure.
Ashley loves all things events, details, and creating experiences that bring people together. Whether it's a wedding, shower, corporate event, or backyard celebration, she's passionate about helping clients create a fun, stress-free atmosphere that guests will remember long after the party ends.
